Howard Halbert is a graphite artist from Cleburne, Texas.

 He has won awards at Cheyenne Frontier Days Art Show, and Small Works Great Wonders Art Show, among others. His originals are represented by Charles Morin Fine Art in Fredericksburg and San Antonio,  TX. He has also been featured in Cowboys & Indians magazine,  May issue 2017.
